you shouldnt touch the concealer wand with your brush you should use a spatula and place it either on your hand or a pallete.

Removing the concealer from the wand and tube would be impossible with a spatula. I would have to depot the concealer. By doing that I'd most likely get shards of plastic in the product. I only use clean brushes and use one side of the brush when I reach to apply.

Im not trying to offend you all im saying is that you said so you dont contaminate 4:09 your product then you use a brush. You also said 4:16 that you have build up on your wand. So what im saying is take your spatula and get the build up product off of the wand . You dont have to depot anything. Also when you reach to apply the brush spreads which would give the bacteria a chance to touch the wand sorry if i didnt make myself clearer. I really didnt mean to offend :)

@nighmybeauty No offense taken. :)

I simply don't see the need to have an extra step like that in my own personal routine.

By using a spatula I would have to take an extra step and time. I would have to scrap the product off the build up of the wand. I would then have to take my already clean brush and then apply from the spatula's surface. Since the brush would spread again regardless of what surface it would be on. I never "double dip" anyways, both surfaces are sterile. Either way works!

I understand that it is your personal use but you also said you dont want to contaminate so i was telling you a better way that you can do it without contaminating it. I am a licensed esthetician and im also a makeup artist and i was just giving you alittle of advice but since it is for your personal use what you do is your business i was just commenting on what you said and if im saying this offensively forgive me people say i sound like that from time to time
